Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Booking confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment or reservation approval.

Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early/late requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards staff and other guests.
• The property is strictly non-smoking indoors.
• Damage to property will be charged to the guest.
• Parties or events must be pre-approved by management.

Liability

Pooja Villa Suites is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests use all facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, at their own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
